These Terms of Use govern your use of Qumra, an app designed, developed, and operated by L Squared Est. ("LSquared," "we," "us"). By using Qumra, you agree to these Terms.تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه استخدامك لتطبيق قُمـــرة، وهو تطبيق من تصميم وتطوير شركة لام تربيع ("LSquared" أو "نحن"). باستخدامك لقُمـــرة، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

2. What Qumra is2. ما هو قُمـــرة

Qumra is a personal camera app. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server — every photo you take is stored only on your own device.قُمـــرة تطبيق كاميرا شخصي. لا يوجد حساب، ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا خادم — كل صورة تلتقطها تُخزَّن فقط على جهازك.

3. How the delay works3. كيف يعمل التأخير

Photos you capture are deliberately hidden until they "develop." Undeveloped photos that aren't opened within the App's stated window are permanently deleted — this is intentional, by design, and cannot be undone or recovered by us.الصور التي تلتقطها تُخفى عمدًا حتى "تتحمّض". الصور غير المُحمّضة التي لا تُفتح خلال المدة المحددة في التطبيق تُحذف نهائيًا — وهذا مقصود ومصمّم عمدًا، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه أو استعادته من جهتنا.

4. Camera use4. استخدام الكاميرا

Qumra uses your device's camera solely to capture photos within the App. Photos are saved to the App's own film roll and are not uploaded anywhere unless you separately choose to save them to your Photos library.يستخدم قُمـــرة كاميرا جهازك فقط لالتقاط الصور داخل التطبيق. تُحفظ الصور في بكرة الفيلم الخاصة بالتطبيق ولا يتم رفعها لأي مكان إلا إذا اخترت بشكل منفصل حفظها في مكتبة الصور لديك.

5. Your data stays yours5. بياناتك تبقى لك

Because Qumra stores everything locally, we never see your photos. Deleting the app deletes your data — we have no copy to restore.بما أن قُمـــرة يخزّن كل شيء محليًا، فنحن لا نرى صورك إطلاقًا. حذف التطبيق يحذف بياناتك — ولا توجد لدينا نسخة لاستعادتها.

6. Intellectual property6. الملكية الفكرية

The Qumra name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by LSquared.اسم قُمـــرة وشعاره وتصميمه والبرمجيات التي يقوم عليها مملوكة لـ LSquared.

7. Disclaimers7. إخلاء المسؤولية

Qumra is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for photos lost due to the App's intentional delay-and-expiry design.يُقدَّم قُمـــرة "كما هو". نبذل قصارى جهدنا لإبقائه موثوقًا، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو عدم انقطاعه، ولسنا مسؤولين عن فقدان الصور نتيجة تصميم التطبيق المتعمد القائم على التأخير وانتهاء الصلاحية.

8. Changes to these Terms8. تغييرات على هذه الشروط

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do.قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنقوم بتحديث التاريخ أعلاه عند القيام بذلك.

9. Governing law9. القانون الحاكم

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
